Creating a hypothetical interior for a development that would be sold off-the-plan meant conjuring up an imaginary owner at the same time creating a space that could appeal to many tenants. Working in close collaboration with Fieldwork architects, these small inner-city apartments are composed as rational spaces geared to efficiency and fuss-free style. Fittings are hard-wearing and minimal, furnishings kept elemental. Details – a small coat rack, open pantry units, drop-off points for keys and cash – make all the difference. Plenty of wall-space is made available for art.
